I’m interested — what should I do next?
Fill out the form on the website, or send us an email or a WhatsApp message, and our Community Manager will get in touch to set up your first day.
What if I just drop by?
We ask all visits to be booked in advance. This helps us make sure the Community Manager is available to welcome you and show you around. If you arrive without an appointment, we may not be able to receive you.
Can I leave my things on my desk while I step out during the day? Do you have lockers?
Yes, it's safe to leave your things on the desk while you step out. Duna isn't open to the general public — only members have access — and the space is covered by 24/7 surveillance. So if you want to catch some sun or go for a run mid-day, go for it.
We don't have lockers at the moment — it hasn't come up as something our members need, but if it's important to you, let us know. We're always happy to hear feedback and would consider adding them if there's real interest.
What if something comes up and I need to cancel my booking?
Get in touch with us at info@dunacowork.pt and we’ll help you with the next steps, including any cancellation or refund questions.
I’ve never surfed before, but I’d love to try.
We don’t run surf classes ourselves, but we know the local surf scene well and will be happy to point you in the right direction.
